Seven ways to smile!

We know that the current social distancing restrictions in place are a lot to handle so it is important we take time to care for ourselves and others. That's why we've come up with  seven safe ways to bring on a smile and spread happiness.

You could...

  1. Reach out (virtually) to a friend or even organise a youth club virtual scavenger hunt!
  2. Donate to a charity or cause in need
  3. Learn a new skill to keep you occupied and bring about some positivity. Whether it's Tik Tok-ing, knitting or even baking - give something new a go.
  4. Look to the future by dreaming up and planning an activity you've always wanted to do so you can make it happen after social distancing. (We've moved to virtual so you can keep carrying on with your Key Adventure right now!)
  5. Do a fitness activity like PE with Joe to get that serotonin pumping. Exercise can give you the boost you need.
  6. Spread the smiles by safely sending kind messages and quotes to friends, neighbours, carers and family.
  7. Smile, say hello, believe in yourself and be kind to those around you - we think happiness is contagious!
