Our 2025/26 Impact Report is here! 

It's been an important year at The Key, full of progress, learning and positive change. Through the KEY+ Challenge, 913 young people took part in 207 projects, developing their skills, building confidence and taking action on the issues that matter to them.

We launched our new three-year strategy, strengthened young people's voices through our Youth Advisory Board, expanded youth-led action across the region and introduced a new impact framework to help us better understand the difference our work makes. 

We've learned so much from the young people and partners who make our work possible. Their ideas, determination and experiences continue to shape what we do and how we do it.

Looking ahead, we'll continue to develop and improve our programmes, creating more opportunities for young people, particularly those facing poverty and other barriers, to build confidence, develop skills and shape positive futures for themselves.
