We’re delighted to welcome Natalie Marshall to our Board of Trustees at The Key!
Natalie brings a wealth of financial and strategic expertise, with a career spanning PwC, The Sage Group, and now Deloitte, where she works as a Senior Manager. Natalie is stepping into a Treasury Trustee role and is passionate about using her skills to make a difference for young people across the North East.
Inspired by the dedication of our team and the powerful stories of young people who’ve benefited from The Key, Natalie knew she wanted to play a part in driving our mission forward. We’re so excited to have her on our board!
Having met the team, I was truly inspired by their passion and dedication to supporting young people across the North East. This was further reinforced by the feedback from those who have benefited from The Key’s work — it was incredibly moving and clearly demonstrated the real impact the organisation makes. After reading those stories, I knew I wanted to be part of making a difference by contributing my financial expertise.
Being a first-time trustee has allowed me to broaden my experience in a new and meaningful way. I feel well-supported by an experienced and welcoming board, which has helped me grow and develop in the role. At the same time, I’m proud to contribute to a cause I care deeply about. I enjoy being able to provide challenge and guidance to help ensure our strategy is delivered effectively and that we continue to make a positive impact.
