Sari joined The Key in January 2024. She plays a vital role in ensuring as many young people as possible can access the KEY+ Challenge. Sari will support our Operations team in helping our growing community of like-minded partners whilst leading on growing and supporting our network of volunteers and young volunteer panel members too. 

"I'm looking forward to building our volunteering community and getting to know new people. I am passionate about youth work and feel privileged to have been able to work with and be inspired by young people in the past 20 years in the North East of England as well as my country of origin, Finland. I'm excited to see what new amazing projects young people will organise through the KEY+ Challenge."
